Investors will have a once

In a traditional residential
apartment the investor has to maintain, furnish, insure, find a tenant and
usually employ a third party management firm to look after the apartment.

serviced apartment on a hotel license all this comes for free, (including
soft renovation once every five years).
Avni Group will let out
these luxury apartments on a regular basis giving the investor a 6% net
income quarterly, (as an investor you also have the option of staying at
Avni free of cost).
The investor is free to sell
the apartment at anytime and we will offer it to the waiting list of buyers.
Like any property, you can leave it in a will and the income and benefits
continue to whoever inherits it.
